SAP CRM Techno Functional Consultant

I am working as a Solution Consultant having more than 13 years of experience in SAP CRM Techno Functional (6 year), SD Techno Functional (3 year) , SAP C/4 HANA Sales and Service Consultant, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP Gateway , SAP UI5, and SAP ABAP CRM. ● Expertise in managing the critical requirements and implementation aspects of the SAP C/4 HANA projects encompassing sales, service, and marketing processes. ● Extensive experience in business process definition and integration of business processes using middleware for orchestration such as SAP PI or SAP CPI. ● Experienced in implementation of IT projects from blueprint to go-live and support/enhancements. ● Exposure to pre-sales & support activities including proposals, demos, workshops, and client presentations. ● Excellent communication skills & customer facing experience spanning geographies (USA, Europe, APAC). ● In-depth understanding of SAP CRM functional and technical aspect, SAP SD Techno functional technical aspect, SAP OData components, architecture, configuration, and integration. ● Well-rounded experience with SAP CRM sales and marketing techniques. ● Familiar with SAP products including SAP R/3 4.7 and SAP modules. ● Proficient in the use of Company Name Project and similar project management tool. ● Good understanding of Middleware settings and WebUI configuration. ● Utilized Base Functions and IC Web Client functions to customize business scenario. ● Provided training and coaching on various CRM configuration processes. ● Involved in gathering business requirements for prospects, accounts and contacts, activities, opportunities, groupware integration and sales pipeline reports. ● Proficient knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) Process. ● Wrote functional specification documents for Activities, Tasks, Opportunities and Sales Reports. ● Configured BP Roles, Activity Types, Opportunity Types, Number Range, Date Profiles, Text Profiles, Partner Determination Procedure, status Profile, Org.
