I deliver consulting services within the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) and Source to Contract (S2C) environments with a strong focus on compliance-related processes. Key responsibilities and contributions:
- Workshop Preparation & Facilitation – Plan, organise, and conduct workshops with business departments and key users to gather requirements and align on processes across SLP and S2C.
- Process & Compliance Enablement – Present and explain SAP Ariba SLP and S2C processes, system functionalities, and compliance requirements to business stakeholders.
- Documentation & Recommendations – Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and actionable recommendations for process and system improvements.
- System Configuration & Customizing – Configure SAP Ariba SLP and S2C in line with company-specific requirements and compliance standards.
- System Documentation – Create and maintain system documentation, process descriptions, and work instructions for sourcing, contracting, and supplier lifecycle processes.
- Unit & System Testing – Plan, execute, and evaluate unit and system tests within SAP Ariba SLP and S2C.
- Defect Management – Identify, analyse, and resolve system or process deviations in collaboration with project teams and business users.
I provide application management, consulting, and operational support for SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) and Source to Contract (S2C) modules. I ensure stable system operations, accurate configuration, and efficient end-to-end sourcing and supplierlifecycle processes through close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key contributions:
- Application Support & Operations – Provide day-to-day application management and support for SAP Ariba SLP and S2C, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Incident & Change Management – Act as the primary contact for incidents, service requests, and changes, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions across teams.
- Functional Consulting & Configuration – Analyse business requirements and configure Ariba templates, questionnaires, approval workflows, and master data to support sourcing and contracting processes.
- Supplier Lifecycle Management – Support supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and lifecycle processes, ensuring data quality, compliance, and user adoption.
- Sourcing & Contracting Enablement – Support sourcing events and contract workspaces, advising business users on best practices and process optimisation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with business users, IT teams, and SAP support to resolve complex issues and continuously improve the Ariba S2C landscape.
I provided consulting services with a focus on supplier enablement, SAP Business Network connectivity, and the integration of Ariba processes and documents into existing SAP backend systems.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Supplier Enablement: Comprehensive execution of supplier enablement on the SAP Business Network with a specific focus on direct material suppliers.
- Integration Consulting: Functional and technical consulting for the seamless integration of SAP Ariba processes into existing SAP backend structures.
- Onboarding & Connectivity: Management and technical connection of suppliers to the SAP Business Network for efficient operational process execution.
- Data Governance & Master Data: Ensuring the complete, consistent, and error-free transfer of vendor master data across all interfaces.
- Transaction Rules Configuration: Configuration and management of transaction rules for Purchase Orders (PO), Order Confirmations (OC), Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and Invoices (INV).
- Invoice Reconciliation: Configuration and implementation of an invoice reconciliation process.
