Cleverbridge is an all in one E-commerce subscription and billing solution for SaaS and digital
goods. As a Client Success Manager, working with global enterprise clients (including
McAfee, Kaspersky and Panda Security) who bring in approximately €84 million in revenue
per annum.
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and building and maintaining strong working
relationships with various key stakeholders (including Online Marketing Managers,
Country Managers, Heads of Ecommerce and Heads of Product).
* Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies to drive client retention
and satisfaction, maximise efficiency and enhance our solutions' functionality.
* Working to resolve a wide range of system issues (including bugs or API issues), raising
Jira tickets detailing all issues and negotiating with colleagues in order to determine
business priority level.
* Acting as the intermediary between technical stakeholders (Web Developers and Front
End Designers) and the client in order to manage expectations regarding resolving
technical issues.
* Where required, proactively liaising with the Product Owner in order to notify them of
broad technical issues and trends.
* Working effectively in an agile environment and attending daily front end team stand ups,
involving: ensuring all client feedback/issues are comprehensively articulated in order to
drive suitable resolutions and discussing the progress of current projects.
* Coordinating the end to end delivery of projects for clients, involving: collating all key
client requirements (from both a technical and commercial perspective), chairing project
review meetings with Front End Designers and Web Developers in order to articulate key
client requirements (including budget and time frame requirements) and analyse the
technical feasibility of the project, negotiating times frames and scope with clients and
ensuring the project is delivered in an efficient manner.
* Data analysis and reporting: routinely analysing all key client data (including key sales
and conversion data) and providing comprehensive recommendations in order to enhance
conversion rates and engineer sales across key markets.
* Maintaining responsibility for on boarding new clients and utilising Zoom to facilitate
system training calls.
* Chairing quarterly business reviews with clients in order to ascertain their current and
future business objectives, up and cross sell services in order to drive revenue growth and
provide value added service to clients.
* Maintaining responsibility for managing the investigation and resolution of complaints and
ensuring suitable resolutions are met.

Store, including SEM and Retargeting partners. Developing and sustaining strong working
relationships with both the UK Marketing Manager for Microsoft and Client Managers
across affiliate accounts.
* Seconded to the Microsoft office in Victoria for 2 days a week to provide reporting and
transparency on affiliate revenues and costs.
* Consulting and working with the Microsoft Store team in order to devise and roll out
marketing strategies, pricing, and market trends for major products such as Office,
Surface and Xbox.
* Analysing a wide range of data (including conversion traffic data) and presenting
recommendations to drive necessary improvements.
* Negotiating bespoke placements and offers.
* Disseminating the Microsoft Store marketing plan to affiliates in order to engineer
promotion where possible.
* Organising and managing affiliate competitions / prizes, and events such as Publisher
Days and Product Experience Days.
