• Leading global platform team of 150 employees with products such as ECU,transceivers,and functionalitiesfor the three largest OEMs in Germany.
• Dealing with a budget of 15€million per year and a lifespan of 50€million. Interface to several customer projects that are part of the 2€billion business case based on the platform project.
• Safe Agile deployment, Scrum way of working, project team meetings, workshops, milestone planning, production line setup, reporting and management escalation
