foresight that the German mittlestand companies will outsource as they cannot afford top IT & Consulting

Allianz Cornhill was a wholly-owned offshore unit of Allianz Insurance PLC UK. The organisation mainly focuses
on Business Process Outsourcing, Software Development, and other IT Enabled Services.

Led and delivered the Operation's workstream for a large IT Project spanning America's, Europe & Asia Pacific.
The role was to Transform multiple small entities into one Large organisation. This was done by defining &
setting up global processes, cutting across different Lines of Business and Regions, Solutioning into application
development, ensuring delivery of these processes & applications and incorporating Change, leading to substantial
cost benefits with estimated yearly savings at € 10 Million and potential value of 100s of Million.
