•Creation of several virtual experience workshops with the aim of innovating and future-proof the existing product portfolio

•Development of a digital target picture through several virtual workshops and interviews
•Set up portfolio management by collecting all running projects, evaluating these projects, and recommendations to leadership
•Conduction of virtual innovation workshops to ideate new digital products and services
