I work with organizations, leaders and founders on questions of strategy, organization and development.

As a Strategy & Organizational Design Consultant, I support companies in translating strategic priorities into effective structures, governance, operating models and transformation initiatives. My work often involves structuring complex situations, developing design options, preparing decisions and implementing solutions together with the relevant stakeholders.

My experience spans more than 9 years in strategy and management consulting, including roles at Roland Berger and PwC, as well as my current work as an independent consultant and entrepreneur. Across these settings, I have worked on strategy, organizational design, performance and transformation in different industries and organizational contexts.

My approach combines the analytical perspective of strategy and management consulting with an understanding of organizational and human dynamics. I hold an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, among further qualifications and certifications.
