Description:
Development of the EyeScan app for iOS that provides a vision acuity test for the patient. The
patient can start the vision test independently in the EyeScan app and select the eye to be tested. Now, test
signs of various sizes are offered one after the other to determine the threshold of perceptibility. The patient
verbally names the sign, and the input is checked via voice recognition. For the distance measurement we use
a Mix of ARKit, Mediapipe and OpenCV. For hand detection we use Apples Vision Framework.
Quantifiable Achievements:
• Developed distance measurement using face tracking with ARKit.
• Implemented hand detection with Apple Vision.
• Implemented Mediapipe and OpenCV to improve face recognition.
Technologies Used: iOS, Swift, C++, SwiftUI, OpenCV, ARKit, AVKit, Mediapipe, Vision, MVVM-C

Description: Development of a modular identity and authentication SDK for mobile applications in healthcare. Using Kotlin
Multiplatform, core functions such as eID authentication, biometric login, multi-factor authentication and secure communication
were implemented cross-platform for Android, iOS and web. In addition, customer-specific user interfaces were created with
Jetpack Compose, Compose Multiplatform and SwiftUI, as well as demo and integration applications for major statutory health
insurance providers in Germany.
Key achievements:
• Development and extension of several identification methods such as PostIdent (PID), LocalIdent and NECT, including API
integration, repository, storage and use-case layers, ViewModels, dynamic attribute validation, cross-platform UI and
automated tests.
• Set up and automated an iOS release pipeline with GitHub Actions, Fastlane and Firebase App Distribution for efficient delivery
of test builds.
• Improved accessibility of PIN entry on Android and iOS through optimized accessibility labels, VoiceOver hints and clear
screen-reader announcements.
Role: iOS Developer
