- Integrate Oracle Exadata Machine with Oracle Enterprise Cloud Control 13.4
- Upgrading Grid Infrastructure and Database single-instance with Data Guard in place from
11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1 .
- Upgrade the Oracle Enterprise Cloud Control Manager from 13.3 to 13.4.
- Install Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Database 19c version.
- Managing the database's storage structures. Managing users and security
- Managing schema objects, such as tables, indexes, and views
- Making database backups and performing recovery when necessary
- Proactively monitoring the database's health and taking preventive or corrective action as

- Setup Oracle RAC Physical standby Database for Primary RAC Database 12.2.
- Upgrade AVDF (2 Audit vault) and (2 Database Firewall) from version 12.2.4 to version 12.2.9
- Administrating currently an Exadata engineered system, 3 Cluster databases, 2 Call center Data
Guard database and other Stand-alone systems.
- Managing Oracle OEM Cloud control 13c which is control all Korek Databases.
- Install agents using OEM 12c, by adding the new databases that we want to manage using Cloud
control.
- Install Oracle 12c R2 RAC. OEM cloud control 13c.Install Oracle Data Guard 11g.
- Install Oracle software and create Oracle database on Platforms ( Windows and Linux)
- Perform database upgrades of the database and software to the new release levels.
- Apply patches to the installed Oracle databases.

- Modify the procedures to facilitate the changes done by adding new interconnection partners or
adding new routes.

(Exadata).
- Create Reports to facilitate the MIS needs
- Working in Oracle Data Warehouse, doing some DBA tasks, developing using SQL and
Reporting using Crystal Report.
- Monitoring the entire DWH System by daily checking all nodes(MSC,IN,SMSC,CGSN,GPRS
CCN1 ,SDP and TAPIN) in DATABASE and OS level
- Monitoring Old DWH system (SMSC and GPRS CCN1) for backing up.
- Prepare Daily and Monthly Activation Reports for high management.

Data Warehouse Specialist

- DWH tasks for other Departments (RA,CMC ,Interconnect and etc...).
- Getting out data and preparing report for Tornet INT Triple zero traffic by destination for
Interconnect Department for each month.
- Making a Monthly comparison of INT Darya price list and prepare a report to distinguish how
Darya price changed by comparing with the previous month for Deputy of Billing Director.
- Update the Monthly price of INT Darya for BSCS system if required.
- Running the daily DWH Interconnect procedures in case there are delay CDRs
- Run the Monthly Interconnect DWH procedures in order other departments to get reports from
the Crystal Report Server.
- Coordinate with Interconnect Department in case there is new route name for other partners or
there is new partner and define it in the system.
- Inform the Interconnect department by recording the data in the database when they make test
calls with partners.
- Helping Interconnect data processor by checking raw CDRs if there are missing data with other
partners.

Software Engineer

PL/SQL Programing for Interconnection Department.
Updating KOREK INTL zones (both Price and range code)
Compare partner INTL figures with KOREK ones ( both voice and SMS).
Compare KOREK data in details with partner if we have incompatible traffic.
Check the data in interconnection DB if we have incorrect data from Crystal report.
Resolution of all problems related to billing of interconnection with interconnection partners .
Establish interconnection invoices on monthly basis.
Verification of CDRs and/or clarification of invoices where needed.
Collect interconnect record/DATA for all international and domestic interconnect partners.
