- Installation & Configuration for Veeam 11 Backup & Replication.
- Installing & Configuring Citrix XenApp server with Application Publishing.

- Install & configure IIS SSL server by purchasing Digicert or Comodo certificate and then do the HTTPS settings.
- Ensure that the equipment under area of responsibility is in good working condition, by inspecting regularly the hardware and installations.
- Update appropriate network security and data loss prevention procedures & Create and maintain network documentation for upgrades and changes to original network.
- Maintain up to date inventory of all infrastructure equipment & Carry out missions for new installations and routine maintenance tours of telecoms equipment.
- Travel and visit offices to provide IT & Network services support and the needed maintenance.
- Respond to queries from users, understanding and resolving issues, providing advice & ensuring IT policies, procedures, systems and tools are correctly applied to support them.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
