QA/QC Management: Quality plans (QCP), ITPs, hold/witness points, NCRs, corrective actions, punch lists, inspection reports, quality dossiers, manufacturing records, and ISO 9001 auditing.
Welding Inspection: CSWIP 3.1; WPS/PQR/WPQR review, welder qualifications, fit-up, visual inspection, welding surveillance, weld defects, and acceptance criteria.

Mechanical & Piping Inspection: Pressure vessels, piping, tubular products, valves, compressors, generators, reactors, heat exchangers, steel structures, and mechanical packages.
Testing & FAT: Hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, leak testing, functional testing, dimensional inspection, material traceability, PMI, FAT, final inspection, packing, and release.
Standards: ASME, EN 1090-2 EXC3, EN ISO welding/NDT standards, ISO 9712, ISO 9001, IEC 60034, and project-specific specifications.
Materials Engineering: Welding metallurgy, stainless steels, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, material characterization, failure analysis, and structural integrity.
Engineering Software: ABAQUS, ANSYS, SYSWELD, SIMUFACT, AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C/C++.
Relevant Industrial Experience:
Nuclear Power Plant: Seven years in QA/QC management and regulatory oversight of welding, NDT, piping, pressure equipment, and commissioning.
ZEECO, Germany: Site Quality Manager for flare-stack erection, welding inspection, NDT coordination, and EN 1090-2 EXC3 compliance.
BHDT / Bureau Veritas: Vendor inspection of high-pressure equipment, tubular products, valves, reactors, and autoclaves.
KAESER, Flowserve, ANDRITZ, and other manufacturers: Vendor surveillance, FAT, pressure testing, mechanical inspection, and documentation review.
TU Graz / Virtual Vehicle: Materials research, welding metallurgy, numerical simulation, and industrial engineering.
Professional Qualifications:
CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector | BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 2 | ASNT Level II (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) | ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training.
