I have a master's degree in Optics and Photonics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. For 4 years, I have been working as an Optical Engineer at EDAG Engineering, specializing in the automotive sector. During this time, I have gained experience in opto-mechanical design. I have contributed to various interior and exterior lighting projects, utilizing Speos for simulations and Optimization, and Catia V5 for mechanical design.
Through my academic studies and practical experience, I have developed a strong understanding of illumination- and imaging system design , Geometrical optics, wave optics. Advanced courses in OpticStudio Zemax have provided me with the skills to analyze and refine optical aberrations, optimize MTF for outstanding system performance, and perform straylight analysis and Ghost image analysis to ensure precision and clarity. Furthermore, Experience in optical Monte Carlo tolerancing and sensitivity to maintain high standards of reliability and functionality.

„Simulative Untersuchung der optischen Eigenschaften
eines Aerogel-basierten Photokatalysators Systems:“
• Durch die Untersuchung des T-Matrix-Ansatzes für die
Simulation (mit Python) des Streulichts innerhalb des
Photokatalysatorsystems.
