At this stage of my career, I transitioned from a team of professionals where projects were
executed as a collective in all senses, to now being entirely responsible for a new branch that
was being opened in the company.
Developing marketing campaigns for dedicated clients. I needed to add skills as a designer,
suggestions as a Project Manager (quoting and organizing), and finally provide final products
as a developer.
The company had multiple teams as design, development, QA, and social media. As I was
trusted with leads, started giving support to sales presentations, worked to optimize
procedures, and improve resource management.
Contributing as a technology consultant for different teams related to a variety projects that
were in production.

This was a startup I co-founded with two friends. We worked with multiple clients from
networks and consolidated great experience creating a company from scratch. It was a
difficult task and also a deeply rewarding one.
