As a solution architect for an esteemed global recruiter, I contributed to a project aimed at reimagining a core component of their operations: the contract generation tool. Collaborating closely with business analysts, I helped identify key functional elements to carry over to the new platform and offered guidance to developers on optimal code structuring.

Simultaneously, I meticulously documented our decisions, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the development process. My overarching goal was to ensure that the final solution not only met but exceeded the business's needs and expectations.

As a member of a compact team, our mission was to assume control of maintaining and advancing the entire device testing process on the production line. In a remarkably short period, we effectively stabilized the platform. One of my notable contributions was enhancing the firmware downloading procedure for the devices. This optimization significantly slashed the waiting time on the production line from 120 seconds to a mere 30 seconds per device.

As a developer coach, I was engaged by a client who recently transitioned their system from AS400 to .NET technology. My role involved upskilling their in-house developers and business analysts to ensure smooth operation and further development within the migrated environment. I conducted personalized coaching sessions and workshops, offering practical examples of various design patterns and solutions. Additionally, I provided hands-on guidance and support to the developers, assisting them in overcoming challenges encountered during their daily development tasks.

My role as a senior developer with architectural responsibilities involved creating a system to manage and visualize the current and future infrastructure for the internet service provider within the organization. Joining the project at its inception, I played a key role in shaping it according to industry best practices and standards.

In addition to my development duties, I provided training to the client's internal developers on modern development methodologies and cutting-edge tools, empowering them to contribute effectively to the project.

I contributed to a migration initiative from Commerzbank to Société Générale, where effective communication played a pivotal role in our daily operations. With numerous stakeholders across both organizations, each with diverse opinions and objectives, maintaining clarity amidst complexity was paramount. Compounding the challenge, we operated as a distributed team with developers located in Prague, Budapest, and Frankfurt.

In this role, I served as a bridge between our development team and the business, ensuring alignment on architectural decisions and project objectives. Clear communication was essential in navigating the path forward and delineating our targets.

Additionally, I held responsibility for integrating systems within the new organizational structure. As not all systems were transferred, I led efforts to seamlessly adapt and integrate them into the new system landscape.
