- Create and maintain CAD (Creo Parametric) models, drawings, BoM for compressor parts (e.g., housings, impeller, motor, bearings).
- Apply DFM with suppliers; adapt designs to process capability (machining, casting, molding, sheet metal,…).
- Run cost breakdown / VECE; simplify features, reduce piece-cost, improve yield.
- Work with AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) on process selection, tooling/fixtures, control plans; support PPAP and release.
- Perform GD&T and tolerance stack-ups; manage ECR/ECO and configuration in PLM.
- Feed test feedback into design (durability, sealing, thermal, NVH basics).
- Build-up test capabilities and procedures at Resideo.
- Building knowledge and experience for compressor parts, systems, and interfaces.
- Build up know knowledge for testing and design parameters for compressors.
- Support marketing.
