- Management of large-scale chemical plant construction projects with investment volumes of up to €300 million.
- Provide technical leadership to interdisciplinary teams of up to 100 employees (process engineering, construction planning, building services, plant design, instrumentation and control systems).
- Oversee all project phases: proposal preparation and negotiation, technical concept development (process optimization, automation, digitalization), basic and detailed engineering, and construction management.
- Responsible for cost estimation (operational and investment), client and supplier negotiations, inquiries, offer evaluation, and equipment procurement support.
