Provided end-to-end leadership for a 460-employee organisation. Led strategic finance transformations and commercial excellence across DACH, BENELUX, France, Italy and Nordic regions. Developed commercial/sales transformation increasing gross margin by EUR 19M (+12%). Led restructuring in manufacturing and supply chain, implemented 3PL and enhanced net working capital management.
