  • Event Planning & Coordination: Set up all event processes from scratch, organizing offline (fairs, conferences, networking events) and digital (webinars) events, managing budget, logistics, participants, speakers, and tech setup
  • Performance & ROI Analysis: Focusing on lead generation and maximizing attendance, while evaluate event outcomes and integrate findings into future planning to optimize performance and ROI
