Antibody Discovery & Bioanalytical Assays
Expertise in large molecules antibody discovery and bioanalytics, including cell-based and luciferase assays, dual-binding and dual-antigen binding assays, indirect and sandwich ELISA, MSD/ECL, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, immunoprecipitation, and antibody bioconjugation. Experience supporting stability studies, identity assessments, and ad hoc studies of antibody drug products.
Molecular & Cell Biology
Hands-on experience with iPSC differentiation, 3D cellular models, mammalian cell culture (adherent and floating cells), flow cytometry, molecular cloning, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, fluorescence/confocal microscopy, gel electrophoresis, and buffer preparation. Established novel co-immunoprecipitation methods and performed IP-MS sample preparation.
GMP & Laboratory Systems
Practical knowledge of GMP/GDP-compliant laboratory documentation, including ELN, LIMS/DMS, cGMP/GDP, SOPs, iLAB, SoftMax Pro, and 6S principles. Trained in GMP & GxP, laboratory documentation, data integrity, LIMS/GLIMS, and DMS through Lonza/Cornerstone.
Data Analysis & Software
