I’ve worked methodically and research informed, at different startups in the health care space. I facilitated workshops to align teams, talked to different stakeholders to have input from various fields of expertise. I strongly believe that great products are not the result of superhero designers but are team efforts, created collaboratively.
I designed mobile app designs for eHealth Tec, Klenico as well as for Caspar Health. The designs were the result of user interviews (Jobs to be Done framework), user testing, understanding stakeholder demands and a collaborative design process. After collecting valuable experiences I'm transitioning back into freelancing.
I will support you in every step of the design process and bring in my knowledge. I'm open to working in various fields.

Mental Health App
Patients wait on average for up to 6 months to get mental health care in Germany. Klenico aims to speed up this journey and give them the right care by diagnosing them.

Design Sprint for eHealth Start up
For the startup Hey Otters I facilitated a Design Sprint in order to define features and test a prototype. Part of it was also an assumption mapping.

Facilitator of Ideation Session at Hackathon
Winner for Best Vision
DocMorris based an entire campaign on the outcome of my team's work. New features were rolled out, such as the ability to collect bonus points. I lead a Team at the Hackathon in 2023 with iterative Ideation Workshops. I also designed the prototype.

Design System for Klenico
A design system is a comprehensive set of reusable components, standards, and guidelines that provide a single source of truth for creating consistent, user-friendly, and scalable digital products and brands.

Shadowing in Rehabilitation Clinics for Caspar
As part of outlining the new app, I conducted shadowing sessions in clinics with active clients, presented my insights, and delivered a comprehensive customer journey map highlighting friction points across multiple user groups, including Admin, HCPs, and Patients.

Feature Workshop for AOK Nord
Facilitated a one-day workshop for a major German health insurance provider, guiding stakeholders through a feature re-design. Delivered clear outcomes with user-centered solutions and actionable next steps.
