Digital Project Management | Fractional CTO & CDO
I help SMEs and SaaS businesses plan, build and implement digital solutions. I combine business analysis, requirements engineering, roadmap and backlog prioritisation, stakeholder coordination, testing and rollout with hands-on development.
Web Design, Web Development & Customer Portals
I design and develop websites, web applications and customer portals, including API integrations and self-service workflows. Website audits cover technical quality, SEO, UX/UI, customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation. My practical toolkit includes JavaScript, Python, Next.js, Vite and WooCommerce.
Enterprise AI & Custom AI Development
