Neuaufbau des internen Abteilungs-KPI-Reports in MS Excel auf Basis der vorgegebenen KPI-Parameter. Durchführen der entsprechenden Datenanalyse und erarbeiten des Datenmodells. Ableiten von Verbesserungs- bzw. Automatisierungsmaßnahmen
Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Reports von MS Excel zum BI-System (MicroStrategy). Erstellung einer entsprechenden Konzeption mit anschließender Umsetzung im Rahmen eines Projekts
