Projekthistorie
Strategic development, implementation and training of an agile working model for the SuedOstLink project in the area of civil engineering/lines. The SuedOstLink (volume: EUR 1.9bn) is the biggest infrastructure Projekt in Germany to transport electricity over a length of 540km.
- Development of an scaled-agile working model for the work dimensions: values, roles, events, artefacts and workflows
- Team size: four delivery teams with 48 team members, 5 product owners, 3 agile masters
- Development of strategies in the area of scaled-agile product development according to Scrum, LeSS and the New Work Heroes transformation helix
- Moderation of the SOL Planning Workshop for the overall project with +100 participants (PI planning according to SAFe)
- Coaching of all five areas their managers for the SOL Planning Workshop (structuring the work packages, preparing the planning board)
- Coaching and mentoring for the three Agile Masters in the scaled-agile team environment (4+ delivery teams)
- Moderation of scaled agile events, such as Sprint Planning I-III, Multiteam Refinement II, Sprint Review, overall team retrospective
- Support in consulting for stakeholder management and the strategic area of all project partners (Construction site management: Inge, ARGE, cable producer NKT GmbH)

Coaching of the product area Customer Experience & Commerce with 9 product teams and +40 distributed IT development teams (Gurgaon/ India, Rumania, Spain, Italy, New York) in the following areas:
- Agile Coaching: Providing clarity on the agile maturity of all product teams and their features teams through the adidas internal Success Framework with +30 metrics from product set-up to planning, cooperation, DevOps and continuous delivery
- Cooperation with an international Agile Coaches team, OKR consulting: Moderation of workshops with the teams and management
- Implementation of LeSS principles for the scaled team structure, focus on cross-team events like Product Team Refinement, Product Team Planning and Global Reviews
- Leadership Coaching in the fulfillment of new agile roles: responsibilities and role descriptions, stakeholder management through stakeholder mapping and personal leadership coaching sessions
- Creation of the Agile Playbook in Confluence for the onboarding of the growing product area, implementation of Flow Metrics and Flight Level methodologies with examples and success cases.
