MyOptions.co is a crowdfunding platform dedicated to innovation.

I has to ensure the urgent launch of the new version of the platform, following the postponement of the initial date, in order to meet the firm commitments made for the new deadline. I also helped them set up the foundations of agility, starting with a backlog and clear priorities. The mission was a success.

Results:
• Successful launch of the myoptions.co 2.0 platform on the scheduled day and within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team in charge of the development (Django, postgresql, Docker, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Act as a Product Owner : construction and management of the backlog, definition of a functional roadmap (Jira/Confluence).
• Implement and manage the test campaign, and secure launch of the myoptions.co 2.0 platform (successful launch on September 1st).
• Manage all external services (Asten, Net-ng, Pilot Systems, Yousign, Mangopay, OVH, Gandi).

Aceguard is a monitoring solution designed to identify and report potential vulnerabilities in web applications.

In the project's initiation phase, I helped to set up the foundations of agility (backlog, recommendations on a Scrum methodology). I also provided advice on the opportunities to use Blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:
• Functional planning: Structuring the product backlog and creating an incremental agile roadmap.
• Agile organization: Recommendation of a Scrum framework with definition of key roles.
• Innovation consulting: Analysis of the Blockchain opportunities (decentralized authentication system immutably recording activity logs) and their potential funding (CIR, JEI, Bpifrance).

Melyad is a consulting firm specialised in the public financing of innovation whose support is aimed at any company developing innovative activities and wishing to receive financial support for their research activities.

As co-founder and co-manager of this company, I contributed to its development until it exceeded 1 million euros in turnover. I recruited and managed a team of 7 PhD consultants, and supervised more than 750 services, with an exceptional success rate.

Results:
• Expansion to 15 employees, more than €1 million in turnover, and more than 150 clients.
• Recruitment and supervision of 7 PhD consultants.
• 750 projects, success rate > 99%, €10 million in aid obtained.

Analysis and definition of needs, means and objectives :
• MOA role: detailed functional formalization of internal developments, validation and monitoring.
• Bid processes, choice of service providers, coordination (single interface) and conflict management.
• Definition of objectives in terms of control of commitments (deadlines, risks, costs, quality).

Project management and resource management :
• Supervision of the scientific team: recruitment, planning, workload management, HR management, performance monitoring and evolution.
• Management of services in Agile mode, forecasts and real-time monitoring of profitability / P&L.
• PMO role: strategic vision, creation of continuous improvement processes and management tools, evolution of methodologies, change management.
• Reporting to the steering committee and guarantor of business, quality, ethical, regulatory and contractual constraints + GDPR compliance.

Consulting and business development :
• Business development / prospecting activity, actions to build customer loyalty, upsell.
• Audit of companies and evaluation of innovative projects (digital marketing, cloud, fintechs, semantic web, Big Data, IA & machine learning, IoT, blockchain) and strategic management of innovation projects.

Amadeus IT Group is the global leader in booking solutions for the travel and tourism industry, handling more than 100 billion transactions per year, and servicing customers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, car rental and railway companies, ferry and cruise lines, travel agencies and individual travellers directly.

I initially spent 5 years as a developer in the e-commerce department, covering the entire project lifecycle (design, development, testing, integration). Later, as a project manager in the production department, I coordinated teams to design high-availability architectures, optimized performance, and implemented security and quality standards for a department of 100 people.

Results:
• Design/deployment of high availability infrastructures (300M visitors/month) with high SLA.
• Implementation of quality/security procedures (ISO 9001, PCI DSS) for 100 people.
• Personal objectives exceeded 5 years in a row.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implementation of production architectures (300 million unique visitors per month) with high SLA on Microsoft / WebLogic servers.
• Organization of acceptance and production environments, implementation of fast load/fallback procedures (shadow clusters).
• Coordination of DEV / QA / OPS / support teams, engagement and reporting on the production roadmap.
• Performance optimization (OS, JVM, web / app / db servers) and resolution of production problems (WebLogic 7, IIS 6, iPlanet 6, SQL Server).
• Quality manager of the department (around 100 people) : implementation of security standards (PCI DSS) and procedures for quality improvements (ISO 9001).

I initially spent 4 years as a developer in the e-commerce department, covering the entire project lifecycle (design, development, testing, integration).

- Analysis of functional needs, functional and technical specifications and feasibility studies.
- Middleware development (J2EE, Eclipse / JBuilder, WebLogic 7, iPlanet 4, Rose 2003, SQL Server 8).
- Database design (SQL Server 8).
- Unit tests, integration tests and QA tests (JUnit, Mercury Quality Center 9).

Wokup was a publisher specialised in mobile marketing solutions : mobile websites, tailor-made applications and mobile communication campaigns. The company was acquired in 2011 by Wedia group, software publisher and SaaS solutions dedicated to multichannel publishing for marketing and communication.

Main roles:
- Development of multi-terminal services (Java, Tomcat, MySQL, HTML, XML, XSL).
- Technical support and training in Wokup development environments.

Netdecisions initial corporate focus was on IT services to companies responding to the advent of the internet, and related technologies. The company was later renamed Agilisys, and now employs over 1300 people with a balanced split of activity between the public and private sector.

Main roles:
- Design and development of internet portals (Java / JSP, Tomcat, JBuilder, UML) and mobile sites (QASP / ASP, SQL Server, IIS).
- R&D for internal mobile development projects (first innovative technologies for mobile devices: WAP, WML).
