Main Responsibilities:
* All responsibilities of previous Global Enterprise Architect role (from 2013)
* End to end overall organisational responsibility for Essity's Enterprise
Architecture & Information, including BI, Software Supply and Quality Assurance
* Approximate € 8 million internal budget per annum
* Direction of a total of 45 permanent employees, 6 direct, plus 30-40 externals
* Approximate € 100 million 2020 Program budget (SAP based 'EWoW').

Successes:
* Developed the 3/5 year Essity-wide Target Architecture & led the required
strategies, operating models & staffing to realise it (SAP based 'EWoW' Program)
* Developed and rolled out the Enterprise Architecture Network, including clear
roles & responsibilities and continued strengthening via external recruitment
* Drove performance of the architecture function from a Gartner ITscore of 2.4 to
2.9 in 12 months
* Made radical and rapid improvements to BI by, for example, increasing the
scope to Enterprise Information, splitting the service, people and platform
responsibilities to dedicated resources with extensive experience
* Took technology innovation to the next level, via improved R&D efforts resulting
in a higher number, more approved Proof of Concepts, and value realisation
* Developed the Square Quality Assurance framework (ISO25000) for use across IT
* Dramatically improved on boarding, education and communication via formal
content creation, communication planning and delivery across multiple channels
(e-learnings, articles, video, stakeholder management).

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the overall architectural framework
* Sponsor and coordinate the development of architecture roadmaps & references
through technology & supplier trends, business requirements, market forces &
cost trends. Approx. € 1 million budget per annum
* Coordinate architecture domains across Essity and is a focal point for alignment
issues
* Ensure ongoing maintenance, approval and communication of Essity standards
* Support IT projects to ensure appropriate alignment to Essity standards
* Foster an innovation culture by increasing awareness and adoption of emerging
technologies, innovation processes and capabilities
* Ownership of the Software Supply Stream Strategy
* Supports IT strategic supply with critical architectural input.

Successes:
* Developed and rolled out the (first for Essity) architecture framework across the
information, application and technology domains; including process, governance
and reference architectures (for use by the Architecture Group of 15+)
* Drove performance and development of the architecture capability to a
recognised valuable level of maturity
* Ran a product information study to anchor the future vision and roadmap.
Implemented with an approximate € 4 million budget
* Made the case for Information Management & Architecture to be a strategic
focus of our Digital Transformation journey
* Delivered innovative capabilities in the areas of mobility and process mining
* Developed the innovation forum, ran innovation challenges, contributed to the
innovation newsletters.

Main Responsibilities:
* Expert in the SAP Order to Billing area for the creation, support, roll out and
continuous improvement of the Sales, Distribution & WMS template
* Compliance and extensive use of the ITIL framework

Successes:
* Designed and rolled out an European Customer Master de-duplication and
migration effort into 57 sales organisations and 25 countries in 5 months
* Initiated a Global Rebate process improvement project from fact finding,
scoping, stakeholder buy-in, planning and approx. € 200K budget approval
* Consulting for USA and Canada integration to SCA's global template
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM data take-on and go-live for the UK and France.
