- Led the corporate IT transformation and strategic realignment, redefining IT operating model, governance, and service portfolio to improve reliability, scalability, and business alignment. Enabled sustainable change by connecting employees with the Management Board through coaching-led alignment workshops, accelerating decision-making and improving execution across the transformation roadmap.
- AI Strategy & AI Governance - Developed the company’s AI tool strategy and ensured early alignment with EU AI Act requirements, balancing innovation speed with regulatory and security standards.
- Owned information security, resilience, and compliance planning with responsibility for ISO 27001 and DORA readiness, establishing the implementation roadmap (controls, policies, incident management, continuity, vendor/ICT risk) and audit preparation. Introduced a SOC setup and implemented SIEM capabilities to strengthen detection, monitoring, and incident response.
• Led the global rollout of SAP Ariba (incl. Guided Buying) overseeing the end-to-end platform
development, configuration, and integration into SAP ECC to enhance procurement efficiency and
user experience. Managed cross-functional teams across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and compliance with global standards.
• Taking on the role of Release Train Engineer, introduced and implemented SAFπe methodology, to
drive agile transformation. Designed and executed training programs for teams with limited Agile
experience, fostering collaboration, improving delivery cadence, and achieving measurable
improvements in productivity and project outcomes. Spearheaded the adoption of best practices to
ensure long-term sustainability of scaled agile practices within the organization.
