Designed, built and released Nora (norahq.org), a desktop application that registers file fingerprints on the Bitcoin SV blockchain as time-stamped proof of existence. Further R&D projects on privacy, auditability and reproducible computing environments.
Leading the project to establish Tipolis cities foundational framework, encompassing e-governance, urbanism, legal systems, arbitration mechanisms, contractual relations and administrative processes. Designing an e-governance system through requirements analysis, security specifications and technology evaluation. Assessing technologies and software solutions for future implementation in Tipolis cities. Outreach and consulting for projects and companies from the autonomous community space: strategy, business model, e-governance.
