Description
Requirement was to analyse and improve the system setup for health & safety inclusive processes
optimization. Frame was to provide a temporally solution which should support the business for the
next 2 to 3 years. The solution provided was based on the Microsoft Power platform (Power apps,
Power automate, Power BI) with some SAP AFS data exchange

Project Implementation of a new Warehouse management solution Manhattan SCALE
Timeline 2021 - 2021
Description
Design, development, and implementation of a new WM system (Manhattan SCALE) for a new distribution
center in Poland and a bonded distribution center in Denmark. Target was to implement a SaaS WM
system in order to standardize ways of working in the warehouse.
The project reflected all areas from Inbound to Outbound inclusive carrier integration. Specific
focus was given to the integration between Manhattan Scale and SAP AFS.

Description
Scope of the project was to restructure the system landscape around Product development by
introducing Centric 8 which will replace ARAS Innovator and other sub systems. Main goal was to

Project OMA (Operational maintenance agreement) Contract Management Project
Timeline 2017 - 2019
Description
Developed and implemented an integrated Contract Management system, which enable Wind Power
Operations to monitor and handle contractual obligations, improve the process of invoicing to
partners and gain transparency across the whole value chain of the Operation Maintenance Agreement.
This was obtained through the implementation of a solution containing two core functionalities -
contract management and invoicing. The monitoring and follow ups of the contractual obligation/
deliverables are done in Microsoft Dynamics 365. For the optimization of the invoicing flow, we`ve
changed from SAP PM to SAP CS in order to use the SAP SD functionalities. Integration between SAP
and Dynamics was done for several master and transactional data.

Description
The projects' main objective was to provide a framework with processes and solutions which enables
DONG Energy Wind power Operations to comply to the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) regulation in
order to be allowed to operate within the AEO Customs Simplifications (AEOC) guidelines.
The underlying project goals were:
* Enabling that WPO can operate avoiding serious violation of customs legislation and taxation rule
* Ensuring a high level of control of Operations Supply Chain and of the flow of goods. This done
by means of a solution set up managing commercial and, where appropriate, transport records,
which allows appropriate customs controls
* To perform a pre-analysis on the customs declaration's requirements for upcoming markets outside
EU
* Extend the possibility of transferring spares and tools across sites and countries in/out of EU
* Develop a leaner and more operational workflow for the warehouse coordinators

Description
The objective of the project was to introduce lean processes and system support as the basement for
tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) handling in Wind Power. To support the strategy for
corporate overview and transparency the main areas were optimization of the calibration process,
optimize the tools portfolio across sites, include the tools into the supply chain management
process and create a framework for standardized tools and PPE. The solution was also able to handle
tool kits and data from external partners.

The project objective was to stabilize processes/ systems within in the area of Service order
processing after implementation of the new ERP system INFOR Syteline.
The scope of the project was to:

* reduce the backlog of unprepared work orders to max. 100 (start > 4000 orders)
* increase the quality for work orders prepared for execution (Resource definitions)
* reduce the backlog of work orders to be invoiced to max. 50 (start > 2000 orders)
* to reduce the days between work order finalized and customer invoice <7 days (start >120 days)
