Full Cycle Implementation of CAM (Capital Asset Management) from scratch with extraction from Fixed
Assets to create Equipment Master Extension.

Steps I have done before implementation: Analyzing AS-IS Process, TO-BE Process, Gap Analyzing to
make a comprehensive Document for Sign-Off to be able to Design the JDE CAM Module. On Addition Full
Cycle Implementation of MRP and Data Upload from old System into JDE using Interoperability Files
from JDE "Z1" such as Item Master, Item Branch Plant, BOM and Routing.

Processes same as Customer below: Equipment Master, Resource Assignment, Condition Base Alert,
PM-Schedule, PM Rules, Routes and Association, Model Work Order, PM-Backlog, Planned and Unplanned
Maintenance Work Order till completion.

Some other task I did, was preparing and conduct all Session of: CRP, UAT and Go-Live Activities and
all Documentation such as: End-User Manuel, Setup Documentation, Go-Live Activities, CRP Test
Scripts, Key and End-User Training.

From January until May 2015, just part time with few Hours to assist Client to upgrade from JDE
E1-9.1 to latest toolset 9.1.5.
My support covering the area of Manufacturing (Discrete, Repetitive, Process) Planning (Forecast,
DRP, MRP, MPS, CRP), Product Costing, Manufacturing Accounting, Shop Floor Control, Work Order
Process, Product Data Management, Bill of Material, Routing Inventory.

Since June 2015, I was working of implementation the entire Module Service Management and Plant
Equipment Maintenance (CAM): Processes of Equipment Master, Resource Assignment, Condition Base
Alert, PM-Schedule, PM Rules, Routes and Association, PM-Backlog, Planned and Unplanned Maintenance
Work Order until completion. The Aim was to validate JDE CAM and current Maintenance Software of
Maximo. Finally, Client stay with Maximo because, was customized over serval years to fit their
Business Needs.

CSMS-Module used for Service Work Order from Call Management (Case Entry), Service Billing and RMA
(Return Material Authorization).

Give assistance to migrate current System Microsoft Dynamics Navision to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne E1
Version. 9.1. Client has already implemented ORACLE JD EDWARDS ENTERPRISONE 9.1 in Headquarter,
Batesville and rollout to Branch Plant, Germany, Canada, and Mexico. The main Business process is to
manufacture Hospital Beds and Equipment, Service and Repairs and selling across multiple countries.

My support and assistance covering the modules of Distribution & Logistic, Inventory, Sales (OTC),
Pricing, Procurement (P2P) (Stock, Non-stock), Receipt Routing, Blanket Order, Transfer Order,
Intercompany and Inter Branch Orders, Customer and Supplier Returns, MRP, DRP, Forecast, Kanban,
Shop Floor Control, Work Order, Product Data Management (Bill of Material, Work Center, Routing),
Manufacturing, Manufacturing Accounting and Product Costing.

One other task is to establish entire process of preparation for UAT (User acceptance test with Test
Scripts), User Training with User Documentation, Workshops and implement first level support. I
assist process of data Migration (Upload from current system into JDE. Data Migration using Agile).

Short-term contract to give assistance and support to End-User. Client has already implemented
ORACLE JD EDWARDS ENTERPRISONE 9.1 rollout from Headquarter in Australia to UK. The main Business
process is to fill Wine in bottles and sell across different countries. My support and assistance
(Help-Desk) covering the modules of Inventory, Sales(OTC), Pricing, Procurement-P2P (Stock,
Non-stock), Requisition, Receipt Routing, Blanket and Quote Order, Transfer Order, Intercompany and
Inter Branch Orders, Customer and Supplier Returns, MRP, DRP, Shop Floor Control, Manufacturing,
Manufacturing Accounting and Product Costing. One other task was to implement Oder Fulfillment for
Accolade Wines to priories Shipment to reduce late Orders for priority Customers, Minimize Back
Orders and bypass Quantity availability check during Sales Order using service level compliance,
Advanced Preference profile that only certain Document Types goes to Fulfillment.

One other requirements to defined and build new process to cover Consignment Warehouse across to
multiple Countries across to Europe. The aim of this process is to fill stock for customer to the
consignment warehouse. This warehouse will be managed by 3rd party and charge Accolade for their
service. This process based of entire EDI Inbound and Outbound processes too. Sales Order sold from
Consignment Warehouse to end customer across to different countries. Replenishment to Consignment
Stock based on Forecast and Multi Branch Plant MRP/DRP to generate Stock Transfer Message (ST/OT)
(SK/OK). Pricing is built through base price and advanced pricing. Shipments and Loads within
priority we are using Fulfilment Process. Process of Consignment covering as well RMA (Return
Material Authorization), credit Note and goods return from Consignment Warehouse back to
Distribution Warehouse. Goods Receipt through Receipt Routing.

I worked as a Key player (JDE EXPERT) for Middle East (JDE EnterpriseOne E1 Expert). Roll-Out JD
Edwards EnterpriseOne E1 Vers. 8.9 based on core model (replacing old legacy system TETRA). Module
of Implementation: Job Cost, Time Entry, Manufacturing (Chemical & Mechanical) Distribution &
Logistic (Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Stock, Non Stock, Transfer Orders) PDM (Product Data
Management, Product Costing, Manufacturing Accounting, Work Order, Shop Floor Control Planning (MRP,
DRP, Multi Branch Plant MRP), Service Management (CSMS), Preventive Maintenance within Service Work
Order, Contract & Service Billing, Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA).

Full responsibility of validate, document with BPO's all Business Processes: (Analyzing, AS-IS,
TO-BE and Gap's within Localization) covering from the Branches in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, and
Jeddah) UAE (Sharjah) to get core capabilities and business strategy correct to underpin strategy
implementation and action plans for Veolia Water Solutions since finished UAT and Go-Live. After
UAT, attending and helping to prepare Go-Live within planning of Training the staffs to be ready to
use the system incl. development of Training materials and Go-Live Support.

My main focus was: Chemical and Mechanical Manufacturing (entire processes), Distribution & Logistic
(WH, Procurement, Inventory, Sales and Service), Supply Chain Management including Data Migration
from old system (Tetra) to JDE. One other complexity was the entire process of Procurement and
Logistic such as Stock and Non-Stock Procurement, Landed Cost, Storage of Items, entire process of
Purchase Order creation till goods receipt. I participate and sharing my knowledge in all phases of
a deployment project: design, build, testing, data migration, training, UAT preparation, User
Acceptance Test, Go-Live, Go-Live Support within Workshop's and travel abroad to predict.

Lead Consultant and Project Manager  to implement from scratch JDE World 9.2. My responsibility is to maintain Project
Plan(develop by myself) and deliveries according to the Milestones of Project Plan and GO-Live incl.
User Training, Test Script, User-Test and End-User Manuals and coordination of Master Data, Data
cleansing and validation of data integrity.

I verify (even doing on my own) developing and documentation of business change and new business
process and support the new process, initially coordinating business design activity and
subsequently implementation activity as the JDE-ERP System moves into its roll out phases in a later
stage. I coordinate the activities of the business design team and liaise with the Business Process
Owner to manage the integration to facilitate development of a comprehensive business process design
capable of implementation into an agreed JDE-ERP configuration. My leadership roles and experience
fit the large and complex Business Process (New / Reengineering) in Franklin Electric multinational
manufacturing and engineering environment.

I as well full responsible of the Scope, Design and Build-up of all entire process in the Modules of
Manufacturing (Discrete and Process, Outside Operation, Product Costing, Manufacturing Accounting,

I work as a functional analyst, supporting and enhancing an existing JDEdwards installation.
Identifying opportunities to apply functional capabilities to improve business process, operational
efficiencies, and information accuracy to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
to obtain, analyze, and discuss functional/business requirements.
My main role is Training and Workshops to Users, especially in the modules of Finance (GL, AP, AR),
Planning in DRP, MRP and MPS based on Assembly to Order and Assembly to Stock incl. the full cycle
process of Shop Floor Control, Work Order Process, Manufacturing Accounting, Product Costing, Bill
of Material and Engineering Chance Management.

My work covered as well the full integration of Strategic Network Optimization for Supply Chain
Incl. Collaborative Planning and Fulfilment of PDP (Production and Distribution Planning. After
implementation, the benefit:: optimization Inventory through Network, accurate Forecasting, better
Customer Service, higher Revenue, optimization of capacity and production Planning, optimization of
scheduling production plans, higher time delivery (Supply Chain), information sharing between
internal and external Partners through collaborative planning.

On Sales Site, I trained the Team and documented the process of JDE's Sales Configurator trough
WEB-Entry of Dexter to design individual Bikes based on Supply and Demand. Sales split to deliver
Bikes to Wholesaler as well as Drop Shipment from Trek Bike US to End Customer in Europe.

One other part is to document business needs of CSMS to be able of Warranty Claim, Rework of Work
Order, Service Work Order, Service Contract with Service and Contract Billing. One other task is
Analyzing and Documentation Business Requirements of CRM even prototyping in JDE-ERP-System of the
entire processes of Distribution & Logistic, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and Advance Warehouse in
line with the full process of Manufacturing to build and sell all kind of Bikes based on Supply and
Demand (MRP, MPS, DRP, and Forecast).

customers based on Sales Force Automation, Branch Scripting and Lead to Order,
Equipment-Maintenance, Case/Call Management, Warranty Claim Management, Subcontract Process, Service
Order, PM-Schedule Maintenance, and Advanced Pricing for CSMS, Contract and Service Management. One
other task was to implement PDM to get the correct cost (Materials and Labor) based on hours by
Work-Center and includes the Manufacturing Accounting and CSMS Accounting Process.

GO-Live Support, Troubleshooting, solving issues and re-train end-users in Spain after implementing
JDE ERP E1-8.12 in the modules of Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Demand Supply & Execution,

Veolia (UK) JDE ERP-8.11, validation their whole process of CSMS such as Call Management, Install
Base, Contract, Service Work Order, Warranty, incl. Contract and Service Billing for their best
practices. My assessment even covered the integrity process of Sales Order, Advanced Pricing,
Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing (PDM, MCA SFC, ETO) CAM (Capital Asset Management including PM
Preventive Maintenance).

Al Jaber (Abu Dhabi) JDE ERP-8.11, validation their entire processes of Sales Configurator in
Multi-Mode Manufacturing of construction. My validation has also covered the process of Sales Order,
Inventory and Procurement to give best practices in JDE.

I was the country site Coordinator of the Plant Germany to analyse all specific business needs and
requirements incl. Functional Design requests of anticipated customization to be able to upgrade the
current JDE World, OneWorld XE to JDE Enterprise E1 8.11. New business requirements to build and
set-up in JDE for manufacturing in UK and France and setup of GSC (Global Supply Chain & Demand),
Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Transportation Management and Advanced Pricing. One other part of my
role was to give Training, Workshops, Documentation and Local-UAT and Acceptance Test.
