End-to-end cross-platform photo management product for municipalities and tourism operators. Sole engineer responsible for product, engineering, infrastructure and customer delivery. Architected and shipped iOS, Android and web clients from a single Kotlin Multiplatform / Compose Multiplatform codebase. Designed and implemented the REST API and auth backend. Built the full CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, Gradle builds, code signing and staged rollouts. Integrated native platform features including camera, maps/geo, offline storage and push notifications. Acquired and onboarded approximately 17 paying B2B customers.
