Projekthistorie
Built and evaluated vision-language model-based inference systems for real world image classification, partnering with Swico Recycling to apply the models to electronic waste sorting.
Owned Trax's Stitching Engine, an event-driven pipeline that stitches shelf probe images into full store scenes, detects shelves, and publishes results to production databases. Built the MLOps pipeline (Airflow, Kubernetes, KServe) that automated weekly retraining and deployment for 150+ models using AWS and GCP services. Developed internal tools adopted by other engineering teams and served as Scrum Master for the AI Platform team.
Worked directly with company leadership in a small, fast moving startup to prioritize features for GeoX's aerial imagery pipeline, then owned delivery from data ingestion to model deployment. GeoX uses computer vision and deep learning to extract building and property data from aerial imagery for insurance companies.
