I operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology and execution, with over 11 years of experience in leading complex transformation initiatives across international organisations.
My focus is on enabling companies to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient and sustainable operating models – supported by the right system architecture. I specialise in ERP-driven transformations with deep expertise in IFS Applications and IFS Cloud, including Service Management, PSO, Mobile Work Order, HCM and Sales / Supply Chain Management.

This includes protecting organisations from inefficient implementations, reducing unnecessary customisation costs and ensuring that investments deliver measurable business impact.
Beyond ERP, I bring strong expertise in solution architecture and system integration within complex IT landscapes, including API-based architectures, data migration and integration with systems such as SAP. I combine this with a solid understanding of governance, compliance and risk management, particularly in regulated environments.
I lead with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset, working across all organisational levels – from C-Level to operational teams – to ensure that transformation is not only defined but successfully embedded into daily business operations.
