Simulation & Sizing
Proficiency in electro-thermal simulation, storage sizing with PV/wind (including island/off-grid systems), and battery ageing modelling using tools such as Modelica/Dymola. Application in both research and automotive contexts.

Projekthistorie
Built and ran an engineering consultancy with up to 5 employees. Led director-scale task forces (~50 people) including a BMS programme through sample build toward industrialisation and a Tier-1 Bus & Truck system project. Provided storage/BESS consulting, ClearView (PV+BESS ROI), multistring charger, and governance across suppliers and customer stakeholders under escalation.
Led ~50 people and six engineering team leaders. Scaled the organisation from ~20 to ~50 people. Managed parallel batteriespeicher programmes through prototype build toward production. Established engineering standards including decision processes, expert forums, industrialisation input, and supplier/production interfaces for home-storage and e-mobility products.
