DIGITAL HEALTH / LAB INFORMATICS (EMEA/DACH)
• Digital transformation & service delivery leadership in regulated healthcare (IVD; IVDR/GxP awareness; GDPR).
• Lab Informatics: LIMS/LIS implementations & scale-ups; lab workflow redesign; instrument connectivity & middleware; lab automation/workflow software (Sysmex Extended IPU, Automation Workflow Manager).
• Clinical Decision Support (CDS): guideline-based decision trees/outcome reports; rollout & optimisation of use cases (anaemia, CKD, lipids, liver); adoption and value/KPI tracking.
PROGRAM / PROJECT / PMO
• Program & Project Management (hybrid Agile/Waterfall): scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, vendor coordination, RAID, and multi-country delivery.
• PMO & Portfolio Governance: set up PMO for a 90-site organisation; SteerCo cadence; executive reporting/decision papers; change control; prioritisation; budgeting & forecasting; forecast vs actuals; benefits realisation; OKR/KPI dashboards.
IMPLEMENTATION & ADOPTION (CONTRACT‑TO‑GO‑LIVE)
• Discovery & solution workshops; requirements translation (business-side Healthcare IT); delivery playbooks; UAT/validation coordination; training enablement; operational handover; hypercare; post-go-live optimisation.
STAKEHOLDER / CHANGE / ENABLEMENT
• Stakeholder mapping and alignment across clinical leaders, lab ops, IT/informatics, security and procurement; signature readiness; escalation and issue resolution.
• Training & enablement: train-the-trainer; distributor/affiliate academies; role-based curricula; SOPs/job aids/e-learning; enabled 2,500+ medical professionals & commercial teams.
