* Assigned SiGeKo (Sicherheit, Gesundheit Koordinator)
* Participating into to daily coordination meeting, sharing the highlights of the day and following up open
issues. Discussing for solving problems and hazardous workplace, as well as proposing best practices
on the daily activities.
* Coordination and close collaboration with Aurubis HSE Executive and Experts.

* Check of PPE everybody mandatorily should wear according to Aurubis Policy.
* Performing daily Walk Throughs with management to have a better understanding of site conditions and
safety culture.
* Inspection of massive and complex scaffolding platforms being changed every minute by 3 different
competent companies.
* Planning and implementation of operational safety, checklists and registers.
* Observation of random and complex lifting operations.
* Checking traffic management with traffic and safety signs implementation.

* Inspection of Fire Fighting equipment, being adapt for the workplace and processes.
* Checking Permit to Work System if being followed correctly by sub-contractors.

* Reporting the violations at height, in confined spaces, hot works etc. and undertaking penalties to
violators with yellow and red cards.
* Checking the escape routes being free of obstruction.
* Coordination with a contractor for conducting housekeeping where necessary.
* Preparing the daily report at the end of work shift and uploading online and sharing with Aurubis HSE
department.

AARSLEFF (SiGeKo) OCTOBER 2023 (4 weeks)
Pile Testing Project (Cuxhaven, Germany): Not very dynamic project, excavation and transport of sand and site preparation were the main
activities on site. Site was getting ready for pile tests, some different companies were invited to the project.
* Assigned SiGeKo (Sicherheit, Gesundheit Koordinator)
* Preparation of SIGE-Plan

* Review and approval of Risk Assessments and Method Statements of all contractors being involved
in the project.
* Preparation of Site Induction training and all relevant procedures.
* Planning and implementation of operational safety, checklists and registers.
* Weekly HSE progress meeting, tracking register.

* Traffic management plan with traffic and safety signs implementation.
* Conducting Site Induction for contractors/subcontractors and third parts.

* Site observations followed by a report.

Movus Logistics is a joint venture company established by Getir B.V. and Dinçer Lojistik Inc, operating to provide Getir's country businesses with
the logistics services they need.

Movus Logistics supporting only Getir company with warehousing and logistics in different locations.
Responsible for Germany, Spain and Italy distribution centres with base office in Bispingen in Lüneburg
region, making sure that high HSE standards being implemented from the start-up phase.
* Creating and maintaining HSE Risk Assessment
* Conducting HSE Onboard Induction to every new hired employee or visitor.
* Holding Small HSE Talks on different HSE topics at the distribution centres that I visit.
* Create and maintain of Emergency Response Plan.
* Follow necessary periodically external inspections of : Fire System, Electrical Tools and Devices,
Racking System, operation machines etc.
* Preparing and sharing Incident-Accident Report, when necessary conducting Accident investigation.

realizing logistics and storing onshore.
