Contract Manager Clinical Development

R&D Procurement; Global Senior Buyer for Vendors providing GxP relevant services for clinical and non-clinical studies incl. CRO, laboratory, Clinical Trial Supply and CMC; Early Access Programs); source-to-contract responsibilities incl. vendor selection process, MSA development, budget negotiations and all steps from RFP to final contract together with all internal stakeholders; Change Order Process, Early Termination Process; vendor performance review and management; vendor cost oversight, cost control; Support implementation of strategical vendor relationship structure with all relevant stakeholders to meet company needs and requirements to optimize costs, internal resources, vendor management (KPIs/ KQIs, risk management, commercial aspects, contractual obligations), support in optimizing contract management and strategic purchasing processes, manage and optimize spend. Develop contract templates and lead template generation for clinical development contracts with CROs (such as MSA, Work Order, Start Up Work Order, Services Agreement); Lead function for contract and vendor transfer, assignment and PO migration.
