Project Overview:
I managed an international procurement project for a large Indian steel production factory. The objective was to identify and secure new, reliable suppliers capable of providing large quantities of steel scrap at competitive pricing to diversify their supply chain.

- Global Market Research & Sourcing: Conducted an extensive supplier search that initially focused on Europe and Russia. Based on market conditions and initial findings, I expanded the search globally, ultimately identifying high-potential suppliers in Latin America (Chile).
- Supplier Vetting & Commercial Negotiation: Initiated contact with potential suppliers to assess their production capacity, logistical capabilities, and ability to meet large tonnage requirements. I led the initial commercial discussions to evaluate pricing and ensure it aligned with the client's cost structure.
- Qualification & Quality Assurance: Managed the supplier qualification process, which has now progressed to the final stage of arranging quality inspections and sample testing of the scrap from the selected Latin American suppliers to ensure it meets the factory's stringent production standards.

- Business Architecture & Financial Management: Managed the entire process of building the company from the ground up. This involved writing the comprehensive business plan, developing the core brand identity, establishing the legal framework, and successfully securing some funding. I oversee the full P&L and manage all financial activities, including accounting and tax management in collaboration with external specialists.
- Operational Framework & Process Optimization: Established the company's complete operational backbone by creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key business functions. I personally led the implementation of an Odoo ERP system to centralize data and drive the continuous improvement of all business processes, service offers, and internal structures, including leveraging AI-driven tools for market research.
- Strategic Business Development & Brand Building: Lead all customer acquisition and business development efforts. This includes building a robust professional network by participating in international business delegations, developing targeted outreach strategies, and negotiating all service contracts and agreements. I also personally designed and created all marketing materials to build a cohesive brand presence.
- Partner & Freelancer Ecosystem Management: Built and managed a network of strategic partners and specialized freelancers to extend the company's service capabilities. This involved sourcing talent, negotiating contracts and work agreements, and overseeing collaborations to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- End-to-End Client Project & Logistics Management: Oversee all client-facing projects, including managing import/export services, coordinating international distribution, and ensuring all logistical and regulatory hurdles are successfully navigated for smooth market entry.
Activities Overview
- Initial Founding & Strategic Pivot: Co-founded Lux24 LLC in Sharjah, UAE, with the initial scope of representing a European LED light brand in the MEA region. After facing high market saturation in retail channels, I focused on supplying interior fit-out projects in the construction industry and participating in tenders. (supply to a contracting partner for IKEA Abu Dhabi - Al Wahda Mall, Al Satwa, Residential, Commercial buildings and villas) and tested multiple CRM systems (Shopify, BigCommerce, Hubspot, Salesforce, Bitrix24) before identifying the need for a more comprehensive ERP solution (Odoo).
- International Business Development: I personally led business development efforts in new markets, including traveling to Kenya to establish partnerships with local distribution and wholesale partners (where we bid for a Solar street lights project of a mall parking lot)
- Solo Leadership & Business Transformation during COVID-19: Following my partner's departure due to the pandemic, I assumed sole leadership of the company. I hired a business development professional and initiated a major strategic shift, rebranding the company's concept to focus on green construction projects and expanding the portfolio beyond LED lights to include a diverse range of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) items.
- Business Resilience & Diversification: Despite most projects being put on hold during COVID, I ensured the company's survival by implementing strict cost controls and personally supporting payroll. Recognizing a new market demand, I diversified our product portfolio and helped companies to enter the UAE, successfully bringing products from European (food-tech, air filtration) and Asian (med-tech) suppliers into the UAE.
- Rebranding & New Strategic Focus: The success of the consulting work led to the founding of my German company and the strategic recovery of the UAE entity during and after the pandemic. I led the official transition from Lux24 LLC to Nueva Trade & Consulting Solutions LLC, repositioning it as a premier provider of trading and high-value consultancy services. I also launched the specialized brand "Construct Green" to focus on providing complete, end-to-end solutions for sustainable construction projects, including materials, technology, and energy consulting.
