▪ Re-engagement itself is the headline result: the bank brought me back two years after the first mandate to lead its FINMA Circular 2023/1 (ICT and operational-resilience) compliance delivery
▪ Delivered the Circular 2023/1 projects in Azure: cloud risk management, control implementation and compliance reporting suitable for management and regulator-facing use
▪ Built and managed the Azure cost-optimisation (FinOps) programme, delivering five-figure annualised savings in recurring cloud spend — direct bottom-line impact presented to management
▪ Implemented PIM and Entra ID structures, Azure Policies, Blueprints and SOC processes, working hand in hand with the bank's IT, security and compliance teams
▪ Ran the M365 security and reporting project, including Microsoft Defender administration; established security logging, monitoring and dashboarding as a standing management view
