Unit-T
Unit-T is partner of Telenet. Telenet is migrating to a complete new IT-Landscape and new processes.
Unit-T is implementing a digital and leaner way-of-working to be more cost-efficient. I am Program
manager for both projects which have a major operational impact on Unit-T. For the project, we
set-up a new vested contract, so both partners will benefit of efficiency gains.

I divided the program into 12 streams with teams in Belgium, Luxemburg, Philippines and India.

Total project budget 82 mio euro.

Working with a team spread over the world: Two locations in India, Poland, Belgium and Amsterdam.
Managing a team of 47 people.
In this project, I took over a running project to implement it as soon as possible, taking in
account the (known) PSD 2 requirements and instant payment requirements for the e-banking channel.
The main challenge was to combine an Agile environment (FIS) with the waterfall approach of the
client.

My assignment is to set-up an environment which enables the Competence Centers (Testing, Business

project and product delivery. We got agreement on the method, designed a ppip (product and project
improvement plan) and set up a communication plan for all CC's. My assignment is now taken over by
an internal resource who we recruited during my time in the company.

My assignment is to implement the infrastructural release process. Furthermore, to create an uniform
Change management process based on ITIL. We, as change and release department, supported the agile
way of working, introducing a scrum-board, so we could have a better overview of the progress of
most projects and therefor, could make a better risk-assessment.

Due to my experience within Argenta and the new digital e-banking offering, I am operational
involved for the new digital bank project for Argenta Nederland. I am responsible for the work
stream to implement the online banking service offering within the operational environment.

Also, I am the dedicated operational spoc for the upgrade project of Thaler; the core-banking
application of Argenta.

First Project:
The scope for this TTM project is to deliver an online portal for the public and secure site and 2
native mobile apps. Technical, we migrated to an new CMS-system (Backbase) and incorporated the
e-channels payments offering within the redesigned website.

As a domain manager, I was responsible for setting up this new domain; starting the change and
implement the operational processes. Furthermore, I was (end) responsible for the development of the
public and secure website, as well as development and servicing of the mobile apps. I managed a team
of 2 teamleads, 4 project managers and 30 people, plus the outsourcing partner (Cap Gemini). I acted
as a Scrum-master on the client side, supporting the product-owner and development team.

offering.
