PROJECT MANAGEMENT | SENIOR AUTOMATION ARCHITECT

Support in all processes related to automation activities, such as the creation of practices, operational
models, and guidelines for the training of digital assistants (RPA, Chatbot, and Callbot); support in the presales
of customers in different sectors and construction of commercial offers; and leadership of the
Automation Center of Excellence for Colombia and the countries of the Grupo América Móvil region.

Functions:
1. Define and develop service strategies for the creation of a portfolio of services based on intelligent
automation and automation capabilities.
2. Define end-to-end processes and functions of the Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
3. Manage the team responsible for the automation CoE, an area focused on the transformation of
processes from automation technologies (BPM), robotics (RPA), cognitive assistants (Chatbot,
Callbot), and analytics
4. Active participation in the consultative and technical presale of new opportunities
5. Accompaniment to the sales force in the process of visiting clients for new opportunities
6. Design and assurance of the architecture of the RPA technology solution according to customer
requirements.
7. Preparation of technical offers related to intelligent automation technologies
8. Establish from the CoE processes of improvement, training, and certification of the team in
automation tools
9. Lead the development of proofs of concept with clients, on any RPA platform (Automation Anywhere,
UiPath, BlusPrism, Rocketbot)
10. Define innovation mechanisms and automation CoE evaluation roadmap
11. Coordinate technical support in pre-sale and RPA implementation to the headquarters in Mexico,
Peru, Argentina, and Brazil.
