Lead enterprise-wide CAFM implementation and FM technology strategy across ADNOC Group, establishing standards, processes, and procedures for facilities and asset management. Define and implement asset management strategy and lifecycle processes, oversee Space & Move Management, and deliver business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL, and Crystal Reports.
Responsible for Managing Computer-Aided Facilities and Space & Move Management over all ADNOC Group of Companies. Oversee CAFM Management across ADNOC Group, ensuring data integrity, asset classification, and optimal utilization. Develop PPM master plans, manage finance, health & safety, and create standard operating procedures.
Responsible for Managing Computer-Aided Facilities Management (Concept Evolution). Manage CAFM integration with business applications in ADNOC New HQ, manage CAFM Implementation for Document Management Repositories Module, and create CAFM Implementation Plan for Service Providers & Contractors.
