Safety footwear brand built from scratch, with OEM production in China and Moldova. Clients included Shell, JTI, Lactalis, McDonald's, Otis and Epicentr. In operation since 2008. The wholesale business runs on an Odoo 10 system and a marketplace-to-ledger pipeline that I specified and rolled out (see the separate project entries).

An EU nonprofit runs on dozens of donor grants; its CFO was assembling the financial picture by hand in spreadsheets. The accounting core was the organisation's existing 1C/BAS: I mapped its metadata and built on top of it rather than rewriting.
Delivered: a CFO dashboard with a cash-gap matrix, plan vs. actual per grant and a dual FX/local-currency loop; a web planning workspace that replaces the spreadsheets and writes approved decisions back to the system; a month-by-month salary coverage matrix.
Architecture: separate layers for cash gap, plan/actual, salary and office coverage and inter-project debt; versioned budgets with a pinned exchange rate; internal transfers separated from real grant spend; the confidential layer isolated from statutory accounting.
Around a hundred tasks closed, two months from architecture to production, delivered solo. I owned the architecture and the outcome, AI wrote the code. Live on production data; the client is commissioning follow-on modules.

Solution Architect - Marketplace-to-Ledger Pipeline

A tool that takes a batch of orders from a national retail marketplace and carries it end to end: article mapping between marketplace and own catalogue, stock checked line by line in the ERP with substitutions decided by the tool, delivery documents to the buyer's formatting regulations, a unique print-ready label per item, stock write-off, accounting entries and tax reporting. Nobody retypes anything at any step.
Effect: one order covers 33 stores and 80-150 items. By hand it took a salesperson two to three working days (800-1,000 hand-entered fields per order); it now takes about twenty minutes, start to finish.
Built in two weeks, in daily use since. Role: concept, architecture and delivery. I owned the architecture and the outcome, AI wrote the code.

ERP Architect & Implementation Lead - Odoo 10

Odoo 10 turned into the operating system of a wholesale business: several legal entities trading from one warehouse, CRM, contracts, orders, stock, shipments and settlements in Odoo, statutory accounting in 1C/BAS.
Key design decisions: the selling legal entity chosen per deal, with its own document numbering, contract and registration data flowing to accounting; every partial shipment as its own document set with VAT recalculated on the quantity actually shipped; returns and size swaps as a correction-document chain; company rules enforced by the system (no shipment before payment, cards verified by the accountant, overdue reservations released nightly). Accounting receives postable documents, not raw data.
Scale: 12 modules, ~4,400 lines, Ukrainian and Russian interface. Six months from specification to rollout; running the business ever since.
Role: process analysis, architecture, specification, acceptance and rollout. Development was contracted out; the design, the specifications and the delivery are mine.
