Projekthistorie
* Formerly Sodexo Benefits and Reward Services
* Service provider for employee benefits, incentives, and recognition programs
* EUR 50 million in revenue, 300 employees (in A and D)
* Subsidiary of Sodexo Group
* Company Ownership: Sodexo Public / Pluxee listed since 2024
Chief Product and Marketing Officer (Interim)
Hired directly by the CEO, I joined Pluxee, formerly Sodexo
Benefits and Reward Services, to lead the company's
transformation and support a global spin-off and stock market
launch. Pluxee needed a strong product and marketing strategy to
navigate fast-paced market changes.
Overseeing a team of 25 professionals, I led the rebranding from
Sodexo BRS to Pluxee in Germany and Austria, aligning our
market identity with the global spin-off strategy. I developed and
executed a sustainable product vision and directed the launch of
new products, consolidating existing offerings to achieve optimal
market fit.
Driving digital initiatives, I successfully launched a new consumer
app for iOS and Android, enhancing merchant and consumer
interfaces. Our ambitious targets included growing revenues by
500% in the small business market and by 50% in the mediumsized
market, alongside high digital adoption rates for the new
app.
Through strategic restructuring and rebranding, I ensured Pluxee
was well-positioned for its global stock market launch in Paris in
2024, demonstrating my ability to lead significant change and
drive innovation in competitive markets.

* HR software provider / SaaS-based platform
* EUR 45 million in revenue, 200 employees
* In private equity ownership (PSG Equity)
Vice President Product Management (Interim)
At Sympa, I was brought in through a personal referral within my
PE network to establish and restructure the Product Management
organizational unit during a critical period. My primary goal was
to increase revenue and improve platform performance. I led a
team that grew from five to 14 employees under my leadership.
One of my key accomplishments was redesigning and scaling the
Product Management team to enhance adaptability and
performance. By identifying and prioritizing product initiatives
based on market and customer needs, I achieved a 49% revenue
growth and a 120% increase in platform performance. I
introduced new features, products, and functions to continuously
expand the customer offering and strengthen our market position.
Effective communication between departments and stakeholders
was crucial for the successful implementation of our product
strategy. My efforts significantly improved platform stability and
performance, achieving solution stability of 99%. I also integrated
the "Recruitee" and "Javelo" platforms, laying the groundwork for
international expansion and developing a localized product
strategy.

* Provider of open-source software (known for SUSE Linux)
* EUR 450 million in revenue, 2,200 employees
* Listed since 2021 / Subsidiary of SUSE SE (Luxembourg)
Head of Public Affairs (Interim)
At SUSE, I was brought on as the Interim Head of Public Affairs, a
role that was placed in the product management team to bridge
technology and market aspects for the public sector. My mission
was to increase the company's visibility within the political sphere
at state, federal, and EU levels, and to influence policy decisions
that would support business growth.
I developed and implemented effective public affairs strategies
that positioned SUSE as a leader in sustainable software
development. My efforts included project management for the
expansion of the Bavarian Digital Act to include open-source and
sustainability topics, and integration with other European
suppliers in the IPCEI-CIS project, which secured EUR 750 million
in funding for Germany.
A notable achievement during my tenure was positioning SUSE in
the Gaia-X project, aimed at building a competitive, secure, and
trustworthy data infrastructure for Europe. This role involved
extensive collaboration with key stakeholders and organizations,
such as Bitkom and the Open-Source Business Alliance (OSBA),
strengthening our visibility and influence in the public sector.
