I take ownership for delivery enablement across multiple teams and ART-level stakeholders, ensuring execution remains tightly aligned with strategic objectives.
In addition, I lead and manage analytics and engineering teams responsible for building and evolving a scalable enterprise data platform serving multiple value streams. This includes enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the organization.
