With over a decade of experience designing accredited university curricula and education programs, as well as conducting research in adult education, I understand how human cognition actually absorbs, retains, and applies complex information. As a former competitive sports coach, I cut out passive lectures in favor of deliberate practice, tight feedback loops, and accountability. The result is what I call pragmatic Fachdidaktik; learning systems designed around how your people actually work day to day.
