solicitation, doing a feasibility study and then the actual development

merger of the telecommunications companies from Nokia and Siemens,
we merged the two customer care processes and replaced the Nokia
legacy customer care solution with the Siemens one. Lead a team of 12
people within an international program of 40 people.
This phase covered the process definition, requirements engineering,
development, test, deployment and global rollout.
