My work sits where automation, operations, field data, people, and real-world uncertainty meet. I am at my best when a project needs calm technical judgement, reliable evidence, and a practical first version that can survive contact with the real environment.
My approach is simple: start small, prove what matters, then build systems that last. I have little interest in grand designs that look impressive on paper but fail in the field. Good systems earn trust by working under pressure.
My core experience covers industrial automation, operational technology, GMP manufacturing systems, SCADA/HMI, DCS, MES interfaces, field data capture, commissioning, validation support, and practical digital infrastructure.
DeltaV / Batch Automation
Experience with DeltaV batch environments, ISA-88 recipe structures, phase logic, alarm configuration, unit procedures, parameter handling, and MES-aligned execution. Familiar with regulated manufacturing expectations around traceability, testing, documentation, and controlled change.
SCADA / HMI / OEM Integration
Experience with SCADA and HMI systems, including Zenon SCADA, OEM equipment integration, operator-facing interfaces, GMP reporting, alarm visibility, and practical system handover. Comfortable working where site systems, vendor systems, and operational reality meet.
MES / Data Interfaces
Experience supporting MES and automation interfaces, including handshakes, parameters, state transitions, production data flows, and alignment between operations, automation, and higher-level systems.
GMP / CSV / CQV
Experience in regulated environments involving FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, test execution, documentation, deviation handling, change control, and data integrity expectations. I value evidence, clarity, and traceability over box-ticking.
Industrial Data & Observability
Strong interest in making real operational behaviour visible through field data, event capture, time-series data, dashboards, local logging, and practical evidence trails. I help teams understand what is actually happening before deciding what to automate.
Edge / IoT / Practical Systems
Hands-on interest in edge-first architecture using MQTT, Node-RED, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, OPC UA concepts, InfluxDB, Grafana, Python, and local-first data capture. The aim is not technology for its own sake, but reliable visibility and better decisions.
