Working as Global Test Manager, I was driving Test function for various projects, teams, and initiatives:
* Worldwide Test Strategy Project for Basic Software Platform. Leading and directing Engineering teams - onshore and
offshore for engineering operations implementing Test strategy across BSW platform comprising of twelve projects.
* Lead CI/CD project with Agile practices across BSW Platform. Setting up Integration Test Group with Agile mindset and
practices. Creating strategy that will bring change in the existing Integration Test methodologies organization wide.
* Customer interaction via projects taking care of Test strategy alignment and management within defined scope.
* Lead Continuous Quality improvements including usage of appropriate tools, techniques and test automation approach
keeping in view various standards and recommendations as ISO 26262, ISO 29119, ISTQB, A- SPICE, KGAS and AUTOSAR.
* Internal benchmarking process for tools and methods.

interface between products and delivery.
* Leading and directing the QA leadership team - onshore and offshore (External contracting partners).Technical leadership
within the field of QA- E2E, System Tests, Large System Integration.
* Lead Continuous Quality improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques and test automation
approach.Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of
improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
* Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders.
* Act as escalation point for all matters related to testing and work closely as a QA primary point of contact for
program/project Management, IT operations, DevOps, product management across the globe to ensure on time delivery of
all assigned projects.
* Cultivate QA capabilities in the team.
