Project Description:
A banking framework is being developed for the Wealth Management System that can be used in mobile and
web applications which provide the functionality to allow customers to effectively manage their wealth (Equity,
Bonds, etc.) and to improve the accuracy of the assessment of the customers' wealth planning. The team was
also responsible for providing integration with other software, such as Internet banking and mobile applications.

was responsible for training the team, product owner, and stakeholders. Organize and facilitate team with
autonomy and accountability through key agile / scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint
retrospective, and optimizing backlogs. He was managing the team's adherence to Agile software development
best practices with reduced defects. He mentored the agile team to increase its throughput considerably using
swarming and other collaborative approaches. He was Coordinating and collaborating with other product teams
related to project dependencies and relationships (CI and SoS). He regularly used to communicate with the client
and stakeholders to keep track of forecasted/probable risks and issues and proactively react before the situation

showcasing the high rate of deliverable predictability with reduced stress levels and increased team spirit.
He was also responsible within the organization for conducting training for the teams towards agility and
coaching the other Scrum Masters on effective facilitation and POs on effective writing of user stories and
managing backlogs.
Apart from the Scrum Master role, Mr. Nagaraja was also responsible for End-to-End invoicing, resource
assignation, budget tracking, and management of the project.

Project Description:
As part of the Cabin Lighting System, Software development has been carried out to handle the Ambient and
Seat Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Reading Lights, and Infotainment Systems according to customer needs. This
system offers the personalization of lighting ambiance and automation of lighting based on the audio signals,
and outside weather conditions which provides premium customer service. This was a business aircraft program
the cabin lighting system would change from flight to flight for the same flight model. The team was responsible
for developing Configurable Software that can be deployed to all flight models with customer-specific changes
without modifying the main source code.
Activities:
Mr. Nagaraja worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master where he had continuous interactions with clients to
understand business and production needs. He started as an integrator with a cross-functional team including
an audio signal processing team, lighting, and testing teams. Since the requirements were not so clear from the
beginning and the scope kept on changing based on the customer's requirement, it made to migrate from the
waterfall way of execution to transform and implement the scrum framework in the team.
His main task was to train/coach the team on agile methodology and develop the mindset to work with
transparency, inspection, and adaption principles. He facilitated between the product owner(customer) and
scrum teams and had a development team that was also cross-company and ensured development teams
practiced core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. He has enforced
the implementation of Jira in the team which reduced time to create and manage tickets and to prepare and
share metrics. He used the transformative power of metrics data to drive Agile excellence. He used to conduct
business requirement analysis with clients and stakeholders to focus and define scope during refinement and
help the product owner in prioritizing and refining the backlogs. He was working with stakeholders and the
organization to define adoption metrics and provide visibility to track metrics from plan to goal.

Project Description:
The project is all about migrating the data from the old legacy server to the cloud server with data transformation
to improve scalability and reduce the need for technical resources. It involved various sets of data where some
of which won't need to be mapped to the target system and many times there will be missing data fields within
the source file that need to be pulled from other locations to fill the gap.
Activities:
Mr. Nagaraja was supporting the scrum team as a Scrum Master, he was involved in interacting with customers
(PO) to understand their requirements, listing out backlog items, and helping PO in refining them to user stories
to make it clear and understandable for the scrum team to choose for sprints. He was working to deliver the
analysis that could leverage the data and information needed to generate increased business value. Ensuring
work efficiency by eliminating impediments, planning, and moderating Scrum ceremonies, and supporting
product backlog management were among Mr. Nagaraja's day-to-day tasks, as well as creating reports and
dashboards explaining the project's metric insights to present the team's performance to the management team.
He was also part of the development team in migrating the data working on extracting the data from the source,
transforming, and loading them to the target server, and responsible for the audit of the data by validating its
completeness and correctness.
Methodology: Scrum, Agile.
Technology and Tools: JIRA, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, PowerBI, Miro, EasyRetro, Microsoft Teams.
