Rolling out CRMs, Marketing Automation Programming and Wordpress/PHP Programming
- Contracted marketing automation operational support for US & Canada based customers.
- Configured Marketo responsive landing pages, emails, workflows, campaigns, field management, lead import and programmed using PHP a form interface between Wordpress and Marketo SOAP API
- Configured ShaprSpring emails, tasks and workflows.
- Programmed MailChimp WordPress plugin for collecting leads.
- Overall I have been the interface between the end customer and the developers or advanced tech support teams.

Senior Technical support for Oracle CRM on Demand
- Part of the support team handling technical support tickets. As a 4-member team we were handling 1000 – 1500 tickets per month with a 24 SLA for a first resolution.
- Rolled out a CRM instance for 100 users, 4 objects, 2 access roles.
- I have designed and amended reports for the end client or for the Operational team.
